Based on the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article (37) and paragraph (2) of Article (47) of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Law No. 40 of 1988.  

**Article 1**  
The student must adhere to the following:  
1. Comply with laws, regulations, internal rules, instructions, and orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its institutions (university, authority, college, institute).  
2. Not to harm religious beliefs, national unity, or patriotic sentiments, intentionally incite sectarian, ethnic, or religious strife through words or actions.  
3. Not to damage the reputation of the Ministry or its institutions verbally or practically inside or outside them.  
4. Avoid any behavior that contradicts proper university conduct, including respect for administration, faculty, staff, and relationships of fraternity and cooperation among students.  
5. Maintain disciplined conduct that positively influences appointments and nominations for scholarships and academic positions.  
6. Refrain from any action that disrupts order and tranquility within the university campus (college or institute) or participating in or inciting such actions or covering up those responsible.  
7. Preserve study tools and university, authority, college, or institute properties.  
8. Not to disturb the smooth flow of study in the college or institute.  
9. Adhere to the mandated uniform dress code for students, considering the specificities of each university or authority.  
10. Avoid calling for organizations that deepen division or practicing any form of political, religious, or social oppression.  
11. Avoid advocating for political parties, organizations, or ethnic, national, or sectarian groups through posters, leaflets, banners, or by holding seminars.  
12. Not to invite partisan figures for lectures or organize partisan or religious propaganda seminars inside the campus to preserve national unity.  

**Article 2**  
The student shall be reprimanded if they commit any of the following violations:  
- Not adhering to the approved uniform in the university or authority.  
- Causing harm to fellow students or verbally abusing a student.  

**Article 3**  
The student shall be reprimanded if they commit any of the following violations:  
- Acts that warrant reprimand, with prior punishment of the same.  
- Disrupting order and tranquility within the university or authority, college, or institute.  

**Article 4**  
The student shall be suspended for 30 days if they commit any of the following violations:  
- Acts that warrant a warning, with prior warning punishment.  
- Insulting a university staff member who is not part of the faculty.  
- Defaming a faculty member in a way that harms their reputation inside or outside the college or institute.  
- Placing posters inside the campus that disturb public order and ethics.  

**Article 5**  
The student shall be temporarily expelled from the university for no more than one academic year if they commit any of the following violations:  
- Repeating violations mentioned in Article 4.  
- Inciting sectarian, ethnic, or political gatherings or movements inside the campus.  
- Assaulting a university staff member who is not part of the faculty.  
- Using violence against fellow students.  
- Threatening acts of armed violence.  
- Carrying weapons of any kind inside the campus with or without a permit.  
- Deliberately or negligently damaging university, authority, college, or institute property.  
- Damaging national unity or religious beliefs.  
- Verbally abusing a faculty member inside or outside the college or institute.  
- Damaging the university's or authority's reputation verbally or practically.  
- Intentionally disrupting academic progress.  
- Committing fraud or deception against fellow students or staff.  

**Article 6**  
The student shall be permanently expelled from the college or institute with a decision from the university or authority if they commit any of the following violations:  
- Repeating violations from Article 5.  
- Assaulting a faculty member or lecturer.  
- Committing immoral acts contrary to ethics and public morals.  
- Presenting forged documents or books knowingly, or inciting forgery.  
- Causing serious disruption or participating in disrupting order within the campus.  
- Being convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving dishonor with a sentence exceeding one year.  

**Article 7**
